David has just completed the restoration of a yew cabinet that had been thought to be only good enough for the skip by the previous owners. It looks stunning and the finish is immaculate, he even managed to repair damage with no sign it has been done. Great communication, reasonably priced, quick to collect and complete the work. Thank you David, would have no hesitation in highly recommending.

David restored a badly water marked oak dining table top for us. The result is truly amazing and worth every penny- it looks like new and shows the real beauty of the wood. He also provided the same service renovating our ‘worse for wear’ oak kitchen table. Again the results are remarkable. David was personable prompt and highly conscientious taking a real pride in his work. We can give our strongest recommendation and will most certainly use him again in the future for any other furniture

"David is a true professional with an incredible talent. He has restored two pieces of furniture that belonged to my Nan years ago. When David brought them back we were absolutely gobsmacked. I don't remember them looking that good when I was a child. He truly has brought them back to life.

"A set of 7 antique oak chairs and table were damaged by hot water when a compression joint in my newly fitted bathroom failed. I was away for four days so the water damage was extensive. The table and chairs which were dark oak were transformed into a white colour as all the varnish/shellac was washed away. It was heart breaking to see them and difficult to imagine they could be restored.
Response to my request for a quote was very fast. The advice was polite and I was re-assured that the work could be done. I could and was consulted at all times regarding the restoration. The quotation was very reasonable.
The work was completed very quickly and the delivery completed with great care. I am absolutely delighted with the results.
I would use this business again. I felt there was a knowledge and a sympathy for antiques which initially helped me make a decision to have the work done. I would use them again at all times.
